Music composed for MAD Dance (Kitty Clark, Ray Shaw) for live performances of 'Time Travelers Alight'. The dance takes place in three different sites, and the audience is asked to have headphones/earbuds and a phone in order to livestream the music score as they watch the dance. After each site performance, the audience follows the time travelers on their journey to the next site.
After an initial disturbance of the time/space continuum, their journey begins. Join the adventure! (...of the mind!) Dystopian? Wonderment? Questioning? Searching? Observing?
This music was conceived orchestrally, with some synth soundscores added for extra color. Bassoon and Bass Clarinet are featured instruments, with support from strings, brass, percussion, and piano.

The music on Times and Places was all written for dance. I’ve collaborated with a number of choreographers throughout my career, but these compositions were all written for choreographer Kitty Clark, for whom place, memory, and myth are central components of her work.

'HorsePower Live' is an acclaimed equine show created for family entertainment, having it's premiere and appearing annually at the Toronto CNE's famous 'Horse Palace' since 2014.
All of this music is composed especially for the show and its' various acts and horse breeds. Music is played throughout the show, which helps to 'keep the magic' flowing, the action moving, and the audience thoroughly engaged within the world of 'HorsePower Live'.
Each show features a parade of different horse breeds, a taste of the wild-west with action packed races and horse games, trick-riding, our magical Unicorn, and our hostess and guide 'Equus'...the fairy-godmother of the equine world!
'HorsePower Live' focuses on educating audiences about the wide world of horses and celebrating the diversity among all living creatures.
